One Location, Two Beautiful Suites

The Rose Suite

Our Rose Suite features an open layout with high ceilings, dimmable lighting and a wall of windows for natural light. The connected lounge provides a great waiting area for clients or a cozy spot to mingle and relax with guests!

This suite also has a restroom and mini kitchen area (fridge, utility sink, and microwave) exclusively for you and your guests.

Rose Studio comes with tables and seating for up to 40 guests, a coffee station, bluetooth sound system and backdrop stand for decorating.

Capacities

Event/standing room: 40-50 guests

Dance/fitness style class: 20 students

Meeting/seated: 30-40 participants

The Emerald Suite

Our Emerald Suite features an open floor plan with high ceilings, dimmable lighting and tons of natural light. This space also offers locking storage spaces for businesses that come with equipment. Color-changing LEDs and blackout shades make it easy to set any atmosphere, day or night.

This suite also comes with it's own restroom and mini kitchen area (refrigerator, utility sink, microwave) for you and your guests.

Emerald comes with tables and seating for up to 50 guests, a coffee station, bluetooth sound system, cocktail tables, 2 serving bars and a backdrop stand for decorating.

Capacities

Event/standing room: 50-60 guests

Dance/fitness style class: 20 students

Meeting/seated: 40-50 participants

Business Rates

Business by the Hour

Reserve and pay as you go with no recurring commitment. Best for single use bookings such as photoshoots or workshops.

$55/hour

*A $60 cleaning fee may be applied to business events booked at 3 or more hours, or at our discretion.

Business Weekly/Monthly

Reserve on a repeat basis with a single monthly payment. Best for recurring events such as fitness classes or weekly meetings.

$40/hour (14 or less hours/month)

$35/hour (15 or more hours/month)

*Business rates apply to registered businesses utilizing the space for core business purposes such as classes, meetings, rehearsals, and workshops. Social events thrown by businesses fall under Event Rentals.

Event Rates

Booking your event with us is simple. We offer one single hourly rate, tables and chairs included. Payment of 50% of total reservation required to book.

Please include time for set up/decorating as well as tear down in your reserved hours.

Rose Suite - $75/hour

Emerald Suite - $90/hour

Combined - $145/hour (required for events with a DJ)

*A $60 cleaning fee is applied to all event bookings.
